Orders
Submitting an order form is a request, not a completed sale. Your order is confirmed once we text you and receive payment. Monthly water subscriptions have a 3-month minimum; subscribers keep the container and hand pump after cancelling. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, outside our delivery area or if payment isn't received), and we'll refund any payment for an order we cancel. See our Refund, Pickup & Delivery Policy.
